Program Objective

Methodology
The methodology will be Experiential Learning. The program will include high-energy simulations, group dynamics exercises, and role plays. At the end of each exercise, a specific debrief will drive home the required competencies. Our facilitators may customise the learning journey by tailoring simulations to group dynamics to maximise learning impact.
